Person in Charge: Staff who can speak your native language

We will provide education on general knowledge about living in Japan such as garbage disposal rules, manners on noise, how to use public transportation, and how to respond in the event of a disaster.

Securing housing
Contract support

Corporate contract is open for consultation.
Example of initial cost to be borne by the applicant: 1 month's key money + 2 months' rent

• We have a business tie-up with a major Japanese real estate company.
• Support in non-japanese language are available (English, Vietnamnese, Chinese, Nepalese, Indonesian, and Burmese)
• The initial cost can be reduced with the availibility of furniture and home appliances.
• Internet facilities are provided.

Pick-up and drop-off at the airport
 
 

■Upon arrival in Japan
Support in arranging and confirming tickets.
We will accompany you from the airport to your office or residence.

■Upon departure from Japan
We will accompany you to the security checkpoint at the airport.

Support in registration process (Opening a bank account, SIM card registration. etc)

We support the necessary bureaucratic procedures such as notification of moving in, acquisition of resident's card, enrollment/withdrawal procedures for National Health Insurance, etc.

We provide opportunities to learn Japanese.

Our Japanese language instructor will guide you to improve your Japanese ability.

Consultation and life support
Cultural exchange with Japanese people

Consultation are available in multiple languages.
In addition, events such as futsal tournaments and cherry blossom viewing are being held annually.

Regular hearing
Submission of reports to the Immigration

Regular hearing will be held at least once every three months, and the details will be reported to the immigration office.
The person in charge of the facility, the person in charge of our company, and the staff will participate at the hearing.
The content will be compiled by our company.
